Marco Adamo Collezioni operates this site and the flagship showroom at Floor 5, William Nicol, Fourways, 2191, Johannesburg. You can reach us at hello@coact.co.za.

By using this site, requesting a fitting or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

This site presents our collections and lets you request a private fitting or enquire about a piece. There is no online checkout — every purchase is concluded in person or in direct correspondence with the atelier.

Prices, cloth availability and lead times shown online are indicative and confirmed at the fitting.

A fitting request is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it. We may propose an alternative time where a slot is no longer available.

Every booking includes a private manage link so you can reschedule or cancel it yourself. Please give us as much notice as possible so the slot can be released.

Arriving more than twenty minutes late may mean the fitting has to be rescheduled.

Bespoke garments are cut to your measurements and are not resaleable, so they cannot be returned or exchanged on the basis of a change of mind.

Where a garment does not conform to the measurements recorded at your fitting, we will remedy it at our cost.

Your statutory rights under South African consumer law are not affected by these terms.

The No-Alteration Bet is our commitment that a garment cut from a completed anatomical fitting will not require post-delivery alterations to fit as specified.

It applies to measurements we took ourselves, to the first delivery of the garment, and where your body measurements have not materially changed since the fitting. It does not cover styling preferences changed after cutting.

Where the bet applies and a remedy is needed, we correct or recut the garment at our cost.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity under your account.

You may delete your fit profile at any time from your account, and you may ask us to close your account entirely.

All photography, copy, design and the Marco Adamo name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without written permission.

We provide this site as it stands and do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from use of the site is limited to the value of the commission concerned.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the version and date below tell you which set you are reading.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
